Smith Public Library is playing host to two popular published authors, Carolyn Haines and Kelley Armstrong, who are willing to share their secrets.
Part of the library's WordSmith Author Series, Haines will conduct a writing workshop. She'll be joined by Armstrong for a panel discussion and Q&A following the workshop. The authors will sign books after the Q&A. Barnes & Noble will be on hand to sell copies of their books, or participants may bring their own.
Haines, a USA Today bestselling author, has written 25 books under her own name and 40 Harlequin Intrigues titles under the pseudonym Caroline Burnes. The latest novel in her Sarah Booth Delaney southern mystery series is "Sticks and Bones." Armstrong is a #1 New York Times bestselling author who writes tales of ghosts, demons and werewolves.
