CYDONIA will host Antwerp-based land artist Elise Eeraerts’ first American solo exhibition, “Surfaces”. Eeraerts’ approach to art is epistemological. In “Surfaces” Eerarts creates an installation consisting of porcelain sculpture, flat two-dimensional replicas of the sculptures and even scaled representations of these sculptures in print. Experience dynamic levels of dimensions and surface quality throughout the exhibition that creates visual play.
The exhibition opens March 24 and runs till April 22. This exhibition has special hours: 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 1-8 p.m. on Saturday.
