Fans of the Snyder Family Series of Sammons Cabaret are guaranteed to applaud Jay Gardner on April 20 when the singer/actor performs "Coward and Cole in Words and Music: The Songs of Noel Coward and Cole Porter." Held in Kurth Hall, located on the fourth floor of the Sammons Center for the Arts, the concert consists of two sets, with a brief intermission between sets. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and the concert begins at 8:00 p.m. Admission includes complimentary valet parking, light appetizers, and beverages.

As co-founder and co-artistic director of Front Line Cabaret, Jay Gardner is dedicated to bringing the intimate art of cabaret to North Texas. A 2014 Cabaret Fellow at the prestigious Eugene O’Neill Theater Center Cabaret and Performance Conference, he is also a regular attendee at the St. Louis Cabaret Conference. Local audiences have cheered his roles in productions by Circle Theater, Lyric Stage, Plano Repertory Theater, and the Dallas Opera.
