Spend your Sunday afternoon exploring two of Farmers Branch’s original and most beloved buildings: our 1900 School House and our 1877 Train Depot. At the schoolhouse, the schoolmistress will lead lessons and teach visitors of all ages about the ins and outs of a one room schoolhouse. At the station, the engineer will lead tours of all the rooms and areas of the depot, teaching about train and transportation history as he goes along! This event is family friendly. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and interact with their guide as much as they wish. For more information call 972.406.0184 or email [email protected].
