Waltz and Barn/Contra Dance in Irving (2nd Sat)

Waltz session from 6:15 pm to 7 pm. Contra Dancing from 7-10 pm. Contra Dancing is American folk dancing, like the Virginia Reel, etc., to live music. Fun for all ages (including children). No experience or partners needed. No fancy footwork, so it is easy (and fun) enough for beginners to enjoy almost immediately, especially with occasional help from our friendly experienced dancers. Casual dress. Donation to cover expenses (tip jar).
