We're planning on a great event for 2016 with a lineup of exciting FREE activities. The Trinity River Wind Festival is an event in Dallas to celebrate the beauty and spirit of the wide-open spaces along the Trinity River. It is the most unique festival in the Southwest with the range of activities and the location along the Trinity River.
