Sammons Cabaret: Janelle Lutz

Sammons Center for the Arts

SOLD OUT

“Commanding.” “Phenomenally talented.” “Intoxicatingly effervescent.” It didn’t take long for Janelle Lutz to wow North Texas audiences and theater critics alike with her amazing talent, confidence, and boundless energy.  This award-winning California native has appeared in numerous local productions, portraying roles as diverse as Judy Garland in The Boy from Oz, Janet Van de Graaf in The Drowsy Chaperone or, more recently, Millie Dillmount in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Janelle’s vocal prowess and sparkling personality shone at last year’s Cabaret & Cabernet when she sang “Come Rain or Come Shine” by Harold Arlen and Johnny Mercer.
