Latino Cultural Center

A "Free" 2-day cultural celebration of Native American visual and performing arts scheduled for April 28 & 29 at the Latino Cultural Center.

The "AMERICAN INDIAN ART & CULTURE FESTIVAL" is a multi-disciplinary event showcasing "documented" Native American Artists exhibiting and selling authentic handmade works of art, stage performances featuring intertribal traditional and contemporary regalia, music, dance, drumming and singing, cultural demonstrations and presentations, Indian humor by a native comedian, art exhibits and displays, exhibit booths of local native organizations, and to complete the cultural "experience," traditional and contemporary tribal food.  

On Friday evening, April 28, 5:30-7:30pm, a Silent Auction will be held, followed by an evening of stage performances by Native American dance troupes and Rod, Kanowski (Ojibway-Cree), Native Comedian.
