About the Movie:

12 Mighty Orphans is the remarkable and inspirational story of a Fort Worth orphanage, its scrappy, ragtag boys, and the selfless man who created one of the greatest football teams in Texas history.  Adapted from the book by New York Times bestselling author and local sportswriter Jim Dent, the Masonic Home Mighty Mites team reminds us of triumph over the greatest obstacles.  Starring Luke Wilson, Robert Duvall, and Martin Sheen, 12 Mighty Orphans is a true story of hope and heroes during the Great Depression.

Flick Fest is generously underwritten by Elliott & Elliott of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate.
