Mestizo is a sculpture art exhibit that tackles the blending of cultures that has influenced the artist, Joaquin Soto. Each work shows a deep connection of native and European traits, and how they have blended to be part of his Mexican background. This show aims to educate viewers on how this great mixture of cultures have affected pop culture, history, and politics of Mexico.
Show runs from February 13th-25th at Epic Central in Grand Prairie.
Artist Reception will be on February 16th 5-8:30PM.
