Hosted by special guest Jono Rodriguez, who will be improvising songs on guitar inspired by the stories shared. Featuring stories by Vanessa Kenney, Ava Elder, Shelby Hobohm, Frankie Benz, Josh Edwards, and Kinsey Ford.
What is Storytelling?
Storytelling is about human connection and sharing our real lived experiences in a structured way to an audience. It can be funny, sad, suspenseful, serious, exciting, joyful, or anything in-between!
Some of you may already be familiar with popular Storytelling mediums, such as The Moth, This American Life, and RISK! podcast. You might even already be fairly familiar with well-known storytellers such as Brene Brown, Mike Birbiglia, and Hasan Minhaj. We see elements of Storytelling used within podcasts, standup comedy, and in everyday life!
