Sammons Center for the Arts

A master at blending jazz, gospel, classical and R&B to create a style uniquely hers, powerhouse vocalist Andrea Wallace spotlights breathtaking range in the opening set. She is joined by Jerome Allen on bass, Myles Tate on piano, Alex Hand on guitar and Marcus Jones on drums.

Vocalist and composer Damon K Clark brings his versatile chops and lyrical sensitivity to the forefront in the second set of this amazing evening of jazz vocals dedicated to breast cancer awareness. His accomplished band includes pianist Daniel Porter, drummer Andrew Griffith and bassist Lucas Reader.

Sammons Jazz is held at the Sammons Center for the Arts, 3630 Harry Hines at Oak Lawn. Tickets are $50 per person and include beverages, light refreshments, and valet parking. Doors open at 7 p.m.; the concert begins approximately at 7:30 p.m. There are two performance sets with an intermission between. Dress is casual. Seating is limited to maintain safe distancing and masks are required of all patrons.
