The TVAA art competition is a survey of amazing young talent! The TVAA competition is open to all high school students in the state of Texas. Around 50 works will be selected from more than an anticipated 500 submissions. The exhibition shows the vast range of young talent in Texas, in all imaginable media. Juried by artist Sam Lao, there will be awards for first, second, and third place winners in this art competition.

November 19, 2021 – Submissions open Online on CaFÉ
January 14, 2022 – CaFÉ Submissions Deadline

January 28, 2022 – Accepted Entries are Notified
February 25, 2022 – Artwork Delivery Day (8:00am – 6:00pm)
March 24, 2022 – Artist Reception @ 6:30 - 9:00pm
March 24, 2022 - Artwork Pick Up from 8:00 - 9:00pm
The TVAA art competition is open to all Texas high school students! Please know that the art exhibition takes place in Dallas, Texas at The Winston School of Dallas. While accepted entries may be mailed in, all artwork will need to be physically picked-up on March 24, 2022 by 9pm.
