Between Now and Then

Art Room presents the group exhibition Between Now and Then, featuring the work of Dallas-Fort Worth-based artists Jessica Baldivieso, Ross Graphix, Molly Magill, and Vance Wingate. The show is on view at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center from September 10 through October 30, 2021.Between Now and Then was curated by Art Room Co-Founder/Chief Advisor Katie Murray. Murray was introduced to the artists’ most contemporary works from their recent inclusion in Art Room’s exhibition Now | Contemporary 2021. Murray writes about her selections, “Visually, each artist has a unique sensibility in their styles, but the common thread running between the works is the elevated design. The layers and sense of color attract the viewer, while the composition and details leave you lingering. After researching each artist, I get a sense of strong professionalism, which also leads to the higher quality of their work.”The Fort Worth Community Arts Center is open to the public and will host an opening reception in conjunction with the FWADA Fall Gallery Night on September 11, 2021, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
