Lee Albert Hill: The Hopewell Survey

The Forum Gallery at the Brookhaven Campus of Dallas College is pleased to present Lee Albert Hill: The Hopewell Survey, an exhibition by painter and architect Lee Albert Hill of Fort Worth. The artist creates process-driven paintings that explore the tension between natural and man-made elements in the landscape, exploring questions about the way we make our marks in both contemporary and historical contexts.

A graduate of the architecture program at Texas Tech, Hill brings the precision of his architecture practice into contrast with the random play of the natural, varied landscape of impermanent and imperfect forms. He is represented by the CAMiBA Gallery and Cufflink Art, in Texas, and his work is represented in significant public and private collections.
