An introductory class on artistic swimming (formerly known as synchronized swimming) for adults. Artistic swimming is a transformative but unique activity that builds personal health through exercise, community through friendships, and artistic expression through performance. Come give “synchro” a try! This one day class is scheduled from 7-9pm Monday June 21 at Glen Cove Swim Club in Dallas. Requirements: Age 18+. Able to swim the crawl stroke 25 yards in all deep water. Comfortable going upside down. One piece swimsuit and goggles. Swim cap recommended. Register via EventBrite or contacting us.
