Ages 5-12
This camp is open to friends near and far.
Learn to layer washes of colorful watercolor and color pencil to create a series of landscapes studies culminating in a final mixed media landscape paining. Students will explore color mixing, wet on wet, dry brushing, glazing as well as color pencil techniques. We will finish at least 3 watercolor paintings. We will explore the landscape paintings of artists like David Hockney and Georgia O’Keeffe.
