Plano Civic Chorus presents a timely performance of inspiring works of hope and inspiration entitled “Let Hope Be Heard” featuring the Plano Chamber Chorus. From W. A. Mozart to Charles Villiers Stanford, Eriks Esenvalds to Eric Whitacre, the program will feature classic and contemporary choral pieces designed to lift the audience's spirit from the weight of the world. The concert will also feature guest soloist Jay Majernik on marimba, as well as two world premieres: Ubi Caritas by Chicago composer James Stephenson, and A Courageous Heart by Debra Scroggins, Composer in Residence for the Plano Civic Chorus.
