Two of her stories are Pushcart Prize nominees and another was nominated for Best Short Story in 2017.
Each of Us Killers is a story collection that is woven at the intersection of work and intense human emotions-fear, guilt, anger, and anxiety. At the work place, navigating the often-subtle fault lines of class, gender, ethnicity, race, and caste are explored in these stories. Jenny observes, “Having worked at 20-some varying jobs myself since my late-teens, I wanted to dive deeper into how our work and our identities are intertwined.”
A writer, literary translator, and literary critic, Jenny is also the host of the Desi Books podcast.
