Russian pianist Anna Bulkina won the Chopin International Piano Competition for Young Pianists at the age of 12. Since then she has performed and won competitions all over the world and has gained international recognition as a concert pianist of significant stature. She has performed with many symphony orchestras in the United States, including the Fort Worth Symphony. She came to the United States in 2008 to study at TCU and is currently a doctoral student at the University of North Texas College of Music. She will perform selections by Beethoven and Liszt.
