A donation-based movement meditation and prayer class. Open to all, not just those classically trained in dance, Generous Movers presents an opportunity for the whole body to connect to the creative spirit flowing through all of us. Lead by the lovely and inspiring Sarah Matzke, participants are invited into an embodied conversation with the divine. Let's move together in the #AMOCsanctuary. All classes are donation based; money collected goes to support others in the community.
