Join the Oak Cliff Cultural Center for a 4-week Yoga practice that will help you reset. This class will provide a smooth transition into the rest of your week with a sense of groundedness and inner peace.
Movements will be slow to inspire deep breathing that helps get you into a meditative state. At the end of practice we will rest in Final Relaxation while the instructor, Stefanie Tovar, washes live music harmonium sounds with soothing sounds of Yoga.
Free and open to the public. First come, first-served basis. Space and yoga mats provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
