Dallas City Hall - The City of Dallas

Dallas Día de Los Muertos Parade and Festival event leaders will officially kickoff our city’s newest parade that is expected to be historic. In a nod to Dallas, a calavera (skull) Pegasus has been selected to lead the parade as the grand marshal. Join us for the unveiling of this legendary and colorful dancing masterpiece.
