Ticket Giveaway: Fair Game

by Stephen Becker 29 Oct 2010 11:56 AM

Maybe you remember way back to to 2003, when columnist Robert Novak outed Valerie Plame as a CIA operative. It was kind of a big news story that involved espionage, politics, people going to jail – stuff like that. And you were pretty sure it would eventually turn into a Big Hollywood Movie, right?

Well, that day is just about here as Fair Game is soon to hit theaters. Naomi Watts plays Valerie Plame and Sean Penn plays Joe Wilson, Plame’s husband who wrote a a not very nice piece for The New York Times about the Bush administration that set this whole saga in motion. (If you’re curious about what Plame and Wilson are up to these days, The New York Times caught up with her last month.)

Fair Game opens on Nov. 5. But you can see it before the opening by attending a preview screening on Monday at 7:30 at the Angelika Film Center in Dallas. All you have to do is print off this .pdf and show up early – seating is first come, first served and admission isn’t guaranteed. See you there.
