The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is hosting, for the first time in the southern U.S., an exhibition of contemporary Zimbabwean stone sculptures. ZimSculpt features 100 hand-carved, Zimbabwean stone sculptures on display throughout the garden. Visitors to the exhibition can also meet the sculptors and watch the artists create art daily. Of course, a trip to the Dallas Arboretum always makes for a great family or get-together-with-friends outing so we’ve made this Big Deal a family affair with free admission for four good through July 31.
