The Big Deal: Tix to Planet Shark at Museum of Nature & Science

by Anne Bothwell 28 Dec 2011 7:54 AM

Do you like sharks? Want to know more about them?

Planet Shark is a 12,000-square-foot out-of-water exhibit featuring five interactive galleries that take you through every aspect of the shark – from their history to shark attacks and pop culture to the fin trade. Recently, the Museum of Nature & Science has added LIVE sharks in a 515-gallon two-tank aquarium in the Museum’s Science Building lobby.

10 winners will each receive four tickets to see the exhibits.  They’re good any time, but you may want to use them to watch the sharks being fed every Wednesday and Friday at 11 a.m.  On Saturdays at 1 p.m. visitors can witness a shark dissection, or the family-friendly Sharky Sundays begin Jan. 15,  featuring water-themed activities, crafts, science demos and hands-on fun.

To win, you must be a subscriber to Art&Seek’s free e-newsletter. Do that here, if you haven’t already. And check out this week’s other Big Deals. Go here to enter for tickets to see The Gourds at the Kessler. And go here for tix to Fred Eaglesmith at the Granada.

Enter to win tix to Planet Shark below.

UPDATE: Thanks to all who entered, we’ve got our winner.
