The Big Deal: Screening of A Good Man at the Modern in Fort Worth

Art&Seek and Reel People at  The Modern are presenting a special screening of A Good Man on Sunday at 2 p.m. And in this this week’s Big Deal, two winners will each receive a pair of passes to see the film and attend a reception afterward with the filmmaker Bob Hercules.  You’ll also enjoy watching Art&Seek’s Stephen Becker lead a q/a with Hercules.

This film follows Bill T. Jones, one of the most emotional, complicated and dramatic modern dance choreographers. For over two years, filmmakers Gordon Quinn and Bob Hercules tracked the creative evolution of the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company’s work “Fondly We Do Hope…Fervently We Do Pray.”

It’s a chance to get a sneak peek at the documentary will be a part of the PBS Arts Initiative this fall and is scheduled to air in November on KERA TV.  So even if you don’t win,  please come join us. Details here.
