The national tour of the Broadway revival, “Ragtime,” comes to the stage at Music Hall at Fair Park. Dallas Summer Musicals will present the 13-time Tony Award nominated musical May 24 through June 5. Based on the 1975 novel by E. L. Doctorow, “Ragtime” was made into a film in 1981, and then a Broadway musical in 1998. It tells the epic tale of an upper-class wife, a Jewish immigrant, and a Harlem musician and how their lives come to intersect at the turn-of-the-century in New York.
