When legendary Canadian pop and country singer k.d. lang sent an email to rock singer Neko Case, and indie folk singer Laura Veirs about making an album together, she was serious. The result of their collaboration is their self-titled album, case/lang/veirs. Produced in Portland, OR, the album was just released on June 17. Enter this Big Deal for a chance to hear the group perform songs from the album on Aug. 4. That’s when KXT 91.7 and AT&T Performing Arts Center will present the divergent musical trio at the Winspear Opera House.
Be sure you make the time now to check out our other Big Deal this week – tickets to see WaterTower Theatre’s regional premiere of “One Man, Two Guvnors.”
