Here is an interesting bit of trivia about our next Big Deal artist. As a teenager he once jammed with the Gipsy Kings on his father’s roof in the south of France. Did you guess virtuoso guitarist Jesse Cook? (If you just read the headline it doesn’t count.)
Cook blends Rumba-Flamenco with jazz and music from all over the world. Though if you are the winner of this Big Deal you won’t have to travel far to catch Cook’s Latin rhythms. You will be able to see Jesse perform in the comfort of the reserved seating section at the Granada Theater. Actually, both you and a friend will be able to pull up chairs to watch Jesse Cook on March 8.
