The Big Deal: Dallas Symphony Orchestra Presents Preservation Hall Jazz Band’s Creole Christmas

by Gila Espinoza 4 Dec 2013 8:30 AM

Jazz lovers, don’t have time to skip over to the Crescent City for Christmas? Win this Big Deal and stop stressing. You can experience a New Orleans Christmas without packing a single bag.  The Preservation Hall Jazz Band will leave their famed French Quarter venue long enough to spread some Christmas cheer on this side of the Sabine. Their Creole Christmas show, presented by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, will have everyone at the Meyerson Symphony Center swinging when they perform there on Dec. 12.

If you are still in the mood for more Christmas cheer then you’ll want to sign up for our other Big Deal this week – tickets to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, the Musical! at the Majestic Theatre. And if you want affirmation that your life is pretty easy compared to others, then sign up for tickets to catch the Coen brothers’ latest flick, Inside Llewyn Davis, playing at the Landmark Magnolia.

PLEASE NOTE: Only Art&Seek e-newsletter subscribers can win the Big Deal.  If you are not a subscriber then you can subscribe here, then sign up below for a chance to win tickets to hear the treasured sounds of the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

UPDATE: We have our winners. Thanks for playing.
