This is the third year for the Dance Council of North Texas to present Dallas DanceFest. The two-day fest celebrates excellence in dance and leaders in the dance field. The 2016 honorees will be Edward Villella, Melissa M. Young, Elizabeth Gillaspy, Christian Waits, and Mary Six Rupert. Guest artists and sixteen dance companies will take the stage at Dallas City Performance Hall over the Labor Day weekend.
