The Big Deal: Dallas Arboretum And Botanical Garden

by Francesca Paris 10 Aug 2016 8:30 AM

Still have family in town? Why not take them to visit the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. The 66-acre historical garden located on the edge of White Rock Lake has enough shady areas and collection of ponds and fountains to keep everyone cool. Now is the perfect time to take the whole extended family during  Dollar Days at the Dallas Arboretum, when general admission is only, you guessed it – $1.  If you prefer to take advantage of cooler weather, then wait until summer turns into fall. Dollar Days at the Arboretum will have come to an end, but win this Big Deal and receive free admission for four.  Passes include parking and are good daytime hours only through December 31, 2106. Now that’s a pretty cool deal.

Make sure you take the time now to check out the other Big Deal we have for you this week. For your listening pleasure, we’re giving away tickets to the opening concert of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Classical Masters Festival. Hear The Music of Beethoven, Haydn and Mozart in this late summer concert at Bass Performance Hall.

Please note: Only Art&Seek newsletter subscribers are eligible for the Big Deal. If you’re not yet receiving our weekly emails then you’re missing out! You’ll want to take care of that first here before signing up below for a chance to get the family outdoors at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.

UPDATE: We have our winners. Thanks for playing.
