Drummer Terry Bozzio had his first drum lessons 50 years ago and to celebrate he is hitting the road with a coast-to-coast North American tour, “An Evening with Terry Bozzio.”

Bozzio played drums for Frank Zappa, Missing Persons and Jeff Beck. He has worked in diverse genres performing with Richard Marx, Jethro Tull, Patrick O’Hearn, Mick Jagger and Herbie Hancock. Both musician and inventor, Bozzio created many of the percussion instruments he plays. In his show the multi-instrumentalist presents a solo musical performance on the world´s largest tuned drum and percussion set. The sculpture of instruments allows Bozzio to play both melody and accompaniment so his audience is treated to not just drum solos, but a night of exciting and pulsing music. Sign up to win tickets to see the drum legend on Aug. 29 in the McDavid Studio at Bass Hall presented by Fort Worth Performing Arts, Inc.

Then try your luck at our other Big Deals this week – tickets to see Fox Searchlight Pictures’ film Calvary at the Angelika Film Center in Dallas or Plano, or tickets to ‘The World’s Largest Dinosaurs” Traveling Exhibit finishing up at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science at Victory Park.

PLEASE NOTE: Only Art&Seek e-newsletter subscribers can win the Big Deal. If you are not a subscriber then take care of that first, then sign up below for your chance to see spend An Evening with Terry Bozzio.

UPDATE: We have our winners! Thanks of playing.
