Maybe you caught Drinking Buddies when it served as the opening night film for last month’s Oak Cliff Film Festival? Or maybe you just heard about how the movie – about people who fall in and out of love while working at a brewery – will seriously have you craving a beer. It comes out for reels on Aug. 30 at the Magnolia Theatre. But why wait ’til then when you can see it on Thursday. For free. All you have to do is print out a pass and get to the Magnolia early – seating is first come, first served. Lucky for you, there’s a bar upstairs at the theater to help you pass the time.
