The documentary How to Survive a Plague tells the story of how a pair of coalitions fought to turn AIDS from a death sentence to a manageable disease.
The film is directed by David France, who will be in town Wednesday for a special advanced screening and Q&A taking place as part of the USA Film Festival. Wanna go? You’re in luck. All you’ve got to do is download a pass (good for two people) and get there early as seating is first come, first served. The film will be shown at 6:45 p.m. at the Angelika Film Center in Dallas.
