In the new movie Hellion, a teenage boy reacts to the sudden loss of his mother by acting out and rebelling against his dad, played by Aaron Paul. The film was written and directed by Kat Candler, who also teaches at UT-Austin. This week, we talk to Candler about how teaching makes her a better filmmaker.
