Afternoon Delight is a daily diversion for when you’re just back from lunch, but not quite ready to get back to work. Check back Monday at 1 p.m. for another one.

Jesse Rosten is a successful filmmaker, based in Redding, CA. This particular video follows a day in the life of Jesse’s “wee beastie,” Stella, an adorable (and well-traveled) Boston Terrier. You will also see Jesse’s wife, Lyn, who also helped in the making of the film, as well as footage of the historic Cascade Theatre, where Lyn works as the House Manager. Music was composed and performed by Jef Gibbons.
