His top 10 will run in the paper next week, but you don’t have to wait to find out what they are. Mario, along with Preston Jones of the Fort Wort Star Telegram, will be my guests on Think today at noon as I once again sit in The Big Chair for Krys Boyd while she’s on vacation. We’ll be talking about the best albums and concerts of 2010. If you’ve got a topic you’d like them to bounce around, shoot an e-mail to [email protected].

QUOTABLE: “We have all new sets and costumes and some new extra things. It’s the same dialogue and the same show, but with a new look. It looks like a pop-up Christmas card. The only thing missing is the Snow Queen dancing en pointes.”

A Tuna Christmas co-creator Joe Sears, on how the show has evolved. He, along with writing partner Jaston Williams, spoke with theaterjones.com about the show, which comes to the Eisemann Center in Richardson on Tuesday.

While I’m sure “The Man” and “Portugal” are excellent acts individually, in this case, it’s just one band: “Portugal, The Man.”

Scott – thanks for the clarification – misread the press release. They may be great, but they’ve already got one strike against them with that name…
