Astair, Swayze, Bacon, Travolta – if they danced on screen, you’ll probably find them in this montage of the best moves from the movies.

A fun piece of editing, and I enjoyed the comic oddities tucked into this — especially Jay and Silent Bob. But I wished there had been a wider range. The concentration was clearly on Travolta, Swayze, Astaire and Kelly — with repeated single film references to Jennifer Beals, Baryshnikov, Gregory Hines (but NOT Hines from ‘Tap’) and, naturally, Kevin Bacon from ‘Footloose.’

But nothing from ‘All That Jazz’? ‘Chicago’? Christopher Walken in “Pennies from Heaven’? The Nicholas Brothers in ‘Stormy Weather’? ‘Stomp the Yard’? Jimmy Cagney? ‘Rize’? ‘Tango’? Or did some of those slip by me in the video?
