  • here it is , a bit late sorry, but please bust out with your suggestions
    and comments

  • Doug Bryan

Is it too biased for me to suggest “Where Did The Time Go” from my wife’s CD “Dancing In Limbo?” (Jill Allison Bryan) I did write it – so it is at least a little self-serving. Cheers – Doug

    • hey, If I can find the darned thing, I have so many piles of CDs, had to buy a bunch of CD holders last week and am in the process of putting all the piles away.
Jill sent me a link to mp3s if I cant find it though.
      cheers

  • Russ

High Five Family was pretty sophisticated and polished. Not the usual derivative noise.

  • Dan

    Thanks for the Mojo, Paul.

  • kellyball

I’d like to recommend The Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars. They were at the Granada last night. Awesome.

  • Matt

Could you play “King of the Arena Dub” by King Tubby? Thanks

  • Brad

    Enjoying the music as always.
Check ou The Tu-Tones, Local Blues groug.

couple ideas for you Paul, things I heard this week that I liked:

The Hope Trust was in studio and at the KXT concert on Thursday. I’m a late arriver on them obviously since they’ve been playing Denton for a while–I’d bet you’ve played them and I don’t remember.

The Civil Wars: http://www.myspace.com/thecivilwars You can download their live album free from their site.

I mentioned Melanie Penn a few weeks ago. I have an extra of her CD os if you’re interested I can mail it to you. If not, no problem–it’s your show! And a good one again.

  • Ashley

Please play “Dancing in Limbo,” off Jill Allison Bryan’s album of the same name. Thank you and happy Monday!

  • Christopher

Quality show last night. Two groups were unfamiliar but intriguing to me. The Polyamorous Affair and High Five Family are their names.

Can you tell me more about either group?
