“Click Play: One Billion Times a Day” kicked off the final day of VideoFest yesterday. Since I featured the event in a radio story last week, I figured I should at least check out the finished product. And while I admit it was tough to leave my couch and the paper to get there by noon, I will also say that the program put more smiles on my face than I’ve had in a long time in a movie theater.

The show’s curators, UTD Ph.D students Mona Kasra and Kyle Kondas, said Sunday that they plan to post the complete program on the EMAC Web site. Until then, I’ll post a few of the highlights here.

The other common link seemed to be Tetris. Go figure. After watching the above video and the one below, I’ve been wishing I had my old Game Boy at the ready.
