Just in time for the launch of the AT&T Performing Arts Center, we’ve designed and built a new site devoted entirely to Dallas’ Arts District. You can go to it here or you can access it any time through the “button” on Art&Seek’s ‘front page’ — over on the right (just below the ‘donate’ button — hint, hint).

The site features lead stories and reviews about events and facilities in the Arts District (like today’s story about the Winspear’s remarkable chandelier or Stephen Becker’s look at the DMA’s new exhibitions),  plus blog posts about them. But you can also find a guide to upcoming events there and individual guides to each of the venues (the Nasher, the Meyerson, the Crow, etc.). Those venue listings will be expanded soon to include Booker T. Washington and even the new community performance hall the city is building near the Winspear.

Oh, and tell us what you think about the new site. We think it’s purty. Real purty.
