If you’d like to jump straight to the big time and make your debut with the Dallas Theater Center, your chance comes this Christmas. The only catch is: you have to be 13-years-old or under.

The DTC will hold auditions for the children of A Christmas Carol on Sept. 30 from 4:30 – 7  p.m. at Kalita Humphreys Theater. Actors only need to perform a one-minute monologue or story and sing a brief song or Christmas Carol.

    These auditions are for children 13 and under. The roles available are:

    Belinda Cratchit: 10 – 12 year old girl. Good British accent, strong singing skills required
    Peter Cratchit: 10 – 12 year old boy. Good British accent, strong singing skills required
    Tiny Tim: 5 – 8 year old boy. Strong singing skills and good British accent a plus.
