— and get featured in the New York Times Sunday Styles section. They were married Saturday evening in Rockport, Maine, at Smith’s family’s summer home. Smith’s photos are in the Dallas Museum of Art collection and, in fact, last September, she had a show at Whistler’s gallery and an earlier one there in 2006. ‘Course, Alan Peppard had the whole wedding story back in March: The couple has been an item on the local arts scene for awhile now. Both bridge and groom have deep ties here: She’s an SMU grad and a granddaughter of Stanley Marcus. He’s a graduate of what the Times of New York calls ‘North Texas University.’
