Saturday’s grand lighting ceremony of the “Avenue of Light” installation on Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth has been postponed, due to concerns about outdoor gatherings in the city. A reception featuring artist  Cliff Garten’s original model for the project is  still on for Friday night, though Garten will not be present.
