New Public Art at Rodeo Plaza in Ft. Worth

Rodeo Plaza in Fort Worth is being revamped to make the area more friendly to pedestrians. Improvements include pieces by Lubbock artist Steve Teeters – giant spurs and cowboy belts that double as bench seating along the sidewalks.
